I really need to thank everyone for the overwhelming response to the previous image. It received an amazing 78 comments at last count, 53 here and 25 over at CaptureThisPhotography.com I am really, really flattered by the amazing response it received. Thank you!

Now I have a hard act to follow I suppose...Hmmm...

I really didn't know where to start with my backlog of images, but I don't want to post every day either. I like posting every other day because I find it more manageable.

I picked this one of the George Washington Bridge in Fort Lee NJ to start moving away from Jersey City. I love this bridge and there is a wonderful park that runs next to the river on the Jersey side and under the bridge. This was actually taken a few weeks before the Jersey City photos but I was anxious to do the Jersey City series so I set it aside.

The weather was not great that day and in fact we got caught in a violent storm as we were driving out of the park which made it a little scary with all the tree branches falling, the rain wind, lightning and thunder, and the sheer cliffs next to us. I felt worse for the bicyclers and hikers that got caught in the storm.

Coming back to AM3 after a long hiatus. I hope to be more active in the coming months.
