Jean-François from Les Issambres, Francetrès très belle lumière poétique ............................................................... ********* 1 Apr 2009 6:08am "Marie" :-) from perth, AustraliaGreat composition, beautifully put together. These garden tools look way to clean to me....... it is obviously time for you to work in the garden. 1 Apr 2009 7:23am @"Marie" :-): :-D You are right...they are brand new. Thanks. MadScientist from Düsseldorf, GermanyLike coming from a sales brochure, really great! Composition, illumination, and colours are wonderful! (Please show the same items after usage in a few weeks.) 1 Apr 2009 8:25am Charles from New York, United StatesVery nice composition. Very creative. Please come work on my garden while you have your tools out!! Nice light and crisp! 1 Apr 2009 11:57am @Betsy Barron: Lol...Trust me you don't want that. The only things I grow with any success are weeds. :-D Monte Stevens from Westerville, United StatesNow your talking, getting our hands dirty! Good image which tells the story all by itself. 1 Apr 2009 1:08pm john4jack from Corvallis, Oregon, United StatesFabulous shot. Incredible detail. Superb processing. 1 Apr 2009 1:13pm @Viewfinder: Ah you remember those...I couldn't find any. They only had just plain old beige or black. Plus these are really cheap imitations. I would never pay for authentic crocs...they are too expensive and I think they are really ugly things. I think they make me look like I have clown feet when I wear them. :-D But they are good for knocking around and running out the door. Monique from Koh Samui, ThailandI wonder how your garden looks, because all these tools look like brand new to me :))) 1 Apr 2009 1:34pm @Monique: The gardens are a mess. We have to redo everything, especially in the front. We had a really bad oil tank leak that destroyed our property and took about 3 years to clean up. My entire front yard and driveway was dug up to a depth of 14 feet right up to our foundation. It was a mess, a nightmare in fact. We finally were able to re-plant our lawn last fall just before winter so we have grass instead of mud for the first time since 2006. With these new tools I am ready although I am not fond of gardening and yard work at all. :-D vu@granby from Granby, Québec, CanadaAs long as it's just thinking, not doing, I'm ok! ;-) Good luck with your giant job! 1 Apr 2009 2:15pm dobbino from Cape Town, South AfricaWell, you certainly have everything there to make it work! Even the beautiful pink flowers (Begonia?). Good luck! Won't be too long before all the tools and gloves take on a completely different (dirty) look. 1 Apr 2009 2:18pm Wayne Molyneux from Crewe, United KingdomVery nicely lit & executed shot. well done. wayne 1 Apr 2009 2:21pm Véro from Peisey-Nancroix, FranceTools all new. What a nightmare. best...jerry 1 Apr 2009 9:22pm Steve Rice from Olympia, United StatesEverything looks pretty clean. My stuff is filthy. Good shot. 1 Apr 2009 10:03pm Andrew Gould from Sydney, AustraliaA very sharp image with beautiful tones. Love the theme, too. I'm not sure what the bottle is for -- but then I'm not a gardener. I'm sure it deserves a place there, although for me it seems to disturb the lines of the other objects, and seems to fight for the eye's attenion. Just a personal view, of course. 1 Apr 2009 11:19pm @Andrew Gould: Thanks. The water is for me...I drink a lot of water. I almost always have a bottle of water with me, especially when working up a sweat doing yard work. Emilio Garcia from Pleasanton, United StatesBeautiful light and great composition. It is amazing that you are about to go gardening and still had the time to compose this picture. I happen to agree with Andrew's comment. I do find the bottle a bit "distracting", however, I do think that it could symbolize the hard work that it is involved in gardening. 1 Apr 2009 11:26pm GJC from Kyoto, JapanGreat shot! Very creative and the lighting is so well done. You should soon show us some of the results of these tools! 1 Apr 2009 11:35pm Marcie from United StatesLooks like spring gardening! Not only is it an art to shoot this type of still life, but it takes a skillful eye to set it up as well. Nicely done. 2 Apr 2009 3:22am Barbara from Florida, United StatesThis would make a great window display, or a poster size image of this to promote garden tools. 2 Apr 2009 3:28am One from Açores, PortugalOutstanding ! I'm glad to hear you made it. I hope you find something more permanent without too much difficulty. I don't really know much about housing in NY other than it can be small and expensive. I know Brooklyn has some wonderful neighborhoods. My niece was living there up until a few weeks ago when she relocated to Denver. She liked her neighborhood (I don't know exactly where it was).
