Cruisin'

Oh what a spectacular day they had to cruise out of NY that day! What a spectacular view of this ship we had from Jersey City. I wonder where this one was going? Bon Voyage!

Just curious but are you using a polarizing filter and a slight watercolor filter?

@Jeffster: Thanks. I used a polarizing filter on the lenses for these, except for shots taken with the fisheye which seems to be polarized glass. There is no way to attach a polarizing filter, or any filter for that matter, on the fisheye

@Jasp: Thanks. I have never done it, but would love to try it! I sometimes think that I would feel too confined. I also am sort of a free spirit and like to do things my way. I hear that cruising is pretty scheduled so I don't know if I would like it. I will still try it at least once before I decide though...Sigh...some day.

I just photographed a ship like that in Barcelona last week. They make you feel sooo small. Wonderful capture, the clouds are fantastic.
