The Odd Things You Find...2

Ok...Maybe not that odd, at least not compared to this one. Considering also that I did find this in a park not terribly far from soccer fields, maybe not so odd at all.
I suppose the thing I find odd is that I always wonder how someone can lose a shoe? Ok...a soccer cleat I can understand losing a little easier than most other shoes that might be found laying about.
This one was somewhat hidden beneath a bush. What caught my eye was the early sun catching the silver adornments of the soccer cleat. That's another thing that was a little odd about it. I never saw a soccer shoe so fancy before. My kids always had basic plain black ones. But wait? Is that a soccer cleat? Or is it a baseball shoe? It would be odder if it was a baseball shoe considering that there were no baseball fields in or near that park. Hmmm...a mystery perhaps?
I should mention that this is from the archives...it would be really odd for there to be soccer and baseball this time of year! Or would it?
