Out of the Quiet

Posted by Laurie (New Jersey, United States) on 10 December 2007 in Animal & Insect and Portfolio.

This was shot in Mohawk Park a few weeks ago on a quiet foggy fall morning.

The swans come to the park in the spring on their way to their summer home and return in the fall on their way to wherever for the winter. They never stay long but I am always privileged to get a chance to see them. There are usually at least 2 but this day there was only one.

My cold became bronchitis by Friday night but I started feeling much better Sunday. I think I will be 100% back to normal by Monday or Tuesday. Thanks for all the well wishes!
