This is another shot from the archives. It was shot over a year ago with the Olympus.
It's been fun going through some of the archives. I forget what I have in there so it's kind of nice to be surprised by what I find worthy of posting.
I believe this was shot in Sandy Hook in early July 2006. It was shot midday which is why the light was so harsh. Even so the way the background went totally dark and the stem just barely visible is what made me like this shot.

BEAUTIFUL.... Very well done, its strange though how the background can disappear in the mid noon. Its all in the focus and exposure setting on your camera. Even my today's shot was taken in mid noon under harsh sun, but after a little touch up its more like lovely dark night. :-)
