Daylily

This is a photo from last summer. I came across it when I was looking through my archives.

I expect my daylilies to bloom very soon. I love them but they don't last nearly long enough. My walkway to my backyard is lined with them and it's a beautiful sight when they bloom. Unfortunately I lost the ones that grew in the front when they dug up my yard to get rid of my oil tank and all the contaminated soil.

We are working on finally putting it all back together but it's slow going. Our contractors are backed up and so we wait. We should have new front steps in a week or so, then a new driveway after that, and finally the front yard will be landscaped. I am so tired of a dirt yard, stone driveway, and caved in, cracked steps.
