Yesterdays image was a macro of the button on the bottom of a violin bow. The sparkled area in the middle is the mother of pearl inlay.
This is an abstract image of a bud vase that I have. It was featured in the category of "green" in Vazaar.

Wonderful picture, I can see why it was featured - gorgeous depth of colour, and completely filling the frame like that was perfect for the subject.
